Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, telephone number, or address you enter to the third-party provider that supplies results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to answer your message.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our hosting systems create routine logs that may include an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. We review aggregated information to maintain the site and learn which resources visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How We Use Information
The information described above helps us operate the site, diagnose errors, measure visits, and improve content. We neither sell visitor lists nor create individual user profiles.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Forsyth County and Georgia agencies, court portals, library collections, or third-party search services. Information entered on an outside site is controlled by that site's policy, not this one. Sponsored search results are also supplied by a separate company with its own privacy practices.
Who Might See Your Data
Hosting and support vendors may process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. We may disclose data when valid legal process requires it, but otherwise do not share visitor information.
How We Protect Your Data
An encrypted connection protects data in transit. Server logs are kept only as long as necessary for the uses stated above. Because visitors do not create accounts, this site stores no visitor password or account profile.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Your rights may vary with your place of residence. The research for this site found no enacted omnibus Georgia consumer-privacy statute providing a general deletion right or universal browser opt-out. We can review our contact mailbox and server logs for information connected with a request and remove what we can lawfully delete. Use the Contact page to ask. Public records held by Forsyth County, the City of Cumming, or Georgia agencies remain under the custodian's control. The Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. ยง 50-18-70 et seq., does not itself authorize deletion of accurate public records.
Updates to This Policy
We will post a revised version here if this policy changes. Using the site after an update signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
